Join us for our third annual night of worship and prayer on October 11 at New Life Christian Center to commemorate Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month in honor of the little lives lost too soon.
If you or anyone you know has suffered pregnancy or infant loss—no matter the circumstance—we encourage you to come and rest with us as we bring our grief to God. We will celebrate each life and praise our God, who sees, hears, and heals us.
If you have experienced any type of pregnancy or infant loss personally, please help us honor those lives by filling out a short form. We will have a lit candle representing each precious life.
Kristie, our wonderful Nurse Manager, shared her experience at our first Worship Night:
“My name is Kristie Robinson and I have been a nurse for 33 years, working mainly Float Pool and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. I have been at TPHC 6 years, with 4 of those as the Nurse Manager. My husband Wade and I have been married 33 years and have 6 beautiful children…this side of heaven. We had two other babies, but lost them to miscarriages in 1994 and 2002.
You know how life keeps continuing to happen and time goes by despite what we are going through? I feel that happened with my miscarriages, and I really had not been able to grieve those losses well.
It was beautiful for my husband and I to acknowledge and remember our babies we lost.
They are valued and missed…precious to us even to this day.”
